You don't need any musical instruments to write a song and sing ;). One obstacle gone. There are plenty of beautiful sources of inspirations for 60's style Chick Rock. Consider the B 52's, St-Etienne or the GoGos. Or, if you want to go saucy, the 5-6-7-8 (they are that fictious group invented by Tarantino for his movie Kill Bill. They are japanese, gurls, sing barefoot, and their bass, guitar and vocals are only aproximately tuned. It really rocks!)

@rachelene: yeah! i am super excited about the garage rock revival movement. i don't aspire to a go-go's level of greatness, only to have one sassy song of my own.
